You can book online or by texting 512-629-0804. We're open Tuesday-Friday, 10am until 6pm. Some limited weekends appointments are made available on a month-to-month basis on the booking site.
We value our clients time so if you are more than 15min late for your appointment it will need to be rescheduled. A rescheduling fee may apply. Please refer to our Policies & Guidelines page for additional information.

Yes! As of Sep 2023, Sun Siren Studio offers payment plans for individual services or bundled services totaling $200 or more in partnership with Cherry. Payment plans are available as low as 0% APR. To learn more and apply, click here.

A thorough consultation is built into all permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo services on the day of your appointment. However, if you'd like to meet us in person and discuss your needs prior to booking, we do offer stand-alone 20 minute in-person and virtual consultations that may be booked online prior to making an appointment. We recommend booking a separate consultation if you've had previous work done by another artist and for scar and stretch mark revision appointments. Alternatively, you may also email us a picture of your previous work or the area you wish to be treated prior to booking.
IMPORTANT: You cannot receive NANO/MICROBLADING/COMBO/ LAMINATION services if you are sunburned or on/within 1yr of Accutane, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on chemotherapy without a doctor's note received (email kimberly@sunsirenbrow.com) and approved prior to your appointment. Diabetics, unfortunately, cannot receive permanent makeup services.

Sun Siren Studio operates from a private suite inside ‘My Salon Suite’ at the La Frontera Shopping Center in Round Rock, TX. Typically, an apple or google maps search of “My Salon Suite Round Rock” will put you right there but just in case, we are located at 2711 La Frontera Blvd, Unit 110, Round Rock, TX 78681.
There is plenty of parking at the front but also in the rear of the building with walkway access to the entrance. When you arrive, there is a directory kiosk that you call from and we will open the door for you.

Once you book your appointment, you may refer to your patient portal for pre-care instructions specific to your service. Below is some general information on how you can prepare for permanent makeup appointments-
Stop tweezing, waxing, tinting, threading at least 4-6 weeks before your appointment! Doing this will give you the best possible results.
If you use retinols or take Omegas, Vitamin E, prenatals or aspirin (unless prescribed), please stop at least 3 days prior to your appointment.
Please refrain from alcohol and caffeine 24hrs prior to your appointment time.
We want you to be as comfortable and relaxed as possible, keep in mind you will be laying on your back for most of the procedure so feel free to bring a pair of slippers or earbuds to feel comfortable.

Since we reserve your time slot exclusively for you and do not accept walk-ins, cancellations within 72 hours can be challenging to fill and that time is lost on the artist. All deposits are pre-paid and non-refundable. If we can offer your spot to another client, we will never charge you a rescheduling fee. We require at least a 72 hour notice for rescheduling appointments. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less than 72 hours prior to your appointment we will try to fill your spot from our waitlist. For permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo procedures, if we are unable to fill your appointment, a rescheduling fee may be accessed. For all other appointments if we are unable to fill your appointment you must prepay again to rebook. All prepaid services and deposits are non-refundable. Since deposits for all services are prepaid, nothing will happen. You won’t be charged any further for the missed appointment but the pre-paid fees will not be refunded. You will have to prepay again to rebook unless it is a permanent makeup or paramedical tattoo appointment and you forgot to cancel 72 hours or more in advance, then you may be charged a rescheduling fee to rebook. YES! But it also depends on your comfort level. You may be slightly pink or red, and for facial treatments we ask that you avoid applying makeup or any other products to your face for the remainder of the day. Specific aftercare instructions per treatment are provided. For permanent makeup, after photos posted online are taken within a few minutes of the end of the procedure, this can give you an example of what to expect immediately after your treatment. Brows will appear the darkest within the first 5 days but most people will just think you've used a darker brow pencil. They will be a little shiny from the ointment but that is the only visible part that people may notice. For Lips and Eyes, you can expect some swelling. Lips will be very bright and bold immediately after the procedure. Eyes will be slightly swollen and tender. If you are concerned about how you will look after the procedure and for the days that follow, you can email or text Kimberly or book a consultation.

We will shape them for you at your first appointment and clean them up for you again at your touch-up. Usually, clients are able to maintain their brows by tweezing or threading around the shape of their cosmetic tattoo as the guideline. If you are worried you'll mess them up or want to incorporate professional maintenance into your routine, you can make brow shaping appointments with us once they are healed to keep them looking their best. Shaping appointments are recommended every 3-4 weeks and are available at a special rate for existing PMU clients. See the services page for more info.

You'll likely wake up the next day in a panic since they have darkened. Don't worry, this happens to everyone. Trust the process and follow your after care card. Strict healing instructions are given for days 1-10. You shouldn't scab if you're following our protocol but some mild flaking may occur. Remember complete healing occurs over the first 45 days so you should avoid:
SUN, SWIMMING, SWEATING, PEELS, Injectables and Retin-A (avoid Retin-A & peels in the treated area for the life of your procedure to prevent excessive fading or change in color)
Make sure to plan ahead to make sure that you can adhere to the above for your first appointment and your touch-up.

For the best possible result, Kimberly will baby-step you into permanent makeup. We break up your appointment into 2 sessions, your initial session and touch-up session scheduled several weeks later. At the initial session, she is conservative in color selection, shape, and design to ease you into your new brows and avoid over saturating your skin which can lead to an undesirable result. At the touch-up, Kimberly evaluates how the color healed and if technique, pigment, or shape adjustments need to be made. By doing this, your permanent makeup will not only look much more natural, it will last much longer.

Depending on your service, 2-3 hours for your initial semi-permanent makeup session and 1.5-2hrs for your touch-up session. Combo/Nano brows can take a little longer on the initial appointment. We are not actually tattooing the entire time, much of that time includes consultation, measuring, pre-draw design, anesthetic time, etc.

You can! Since a deposit is required to book, just come to the studio and we will get you scheduled & accept your preferred payment at that time. As always you are welcome to pay your remaining balance in cash on the day of your appointment.
We also accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App.
We do not accept personal checks or money orders at this time.

We offer a 20% discount for military and first responders on permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo services. We occasionally offer specials which are announced via social media or directly to our email subscribers.

Yes! You may bring a family member, loved one, or friend to the appointment especially if having their support will make you feel more comfortable. We do ask that you limit to 1 guest. Often times they will stay for the consultation and then walk around the shopping center and return towards the end of the appointment. Since we operate and adhere to state licensing requirements for tattoo, children under the age of 18 are generally not permitted in the studio. Some exceptions are made for threading/shaping teen clients on a case by case basis and accompanied by a parent. We are unable to perform any semi-permanent makeup service on persons under the age of 18 per Texas Administrative Code §229.406(c)

We never expect gratuity so don't feel awkward about it! If you are thrilled with your service and want to show that in the form of a tip, it is greatly appreciated!
